Mama and Me Affirmations For Confidence & A Positive Self-Image

I am using this week’s #TipOfTheWeek to tie in with Shavonne’s style interview from this past Sunday. The interview touches on the subjects of self-image and acceptance. I thought it’d be fitting to put together some affirmations that mama and little one can say together on a regular basis.

These affirmations are great because they can help a mama who is learning to accept & love her new body, as well as help to foster a strong and positive self-image in her little one. Saying these affirmations out loud on a regular basis will help to shape and mold you and your little one into strong, confident individuals that love themselves, despite what anyone else may say.

So grab your kiddo, head over to the mirror, and read these aloud to yourselves. Try to look yourself in the eye while saying them.

And if you really love the affirmations below, we will soon have this available in poster and canvas print so that you can have these affirmations up as a constant reminder. Subscribe if you’d like to be notified when these are available in our soon-to-come Boutique!

Do you say affirmations with your little one? If so, we’d love to hear some examples in the comments below!

    Sending warm and loving vibes,

    Bridgid
